If you don’t have access to YouTube, we also publish the service on DVD (video) and CD (audio only). If you would like to receive a copy of the DVD or CD, please telephone your District Elder and let them know.

KIDS KONNECTIONS (CL) (Formerly K4C) resumes on Sun 6th Sept. 9.45am Breakfast will be served, however for those families who wish to have their children join with them at the beginning of the worship service, the children will then come to KIDS KONNECTIONS at approx 10.20am after the Children’s address.

 DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS Will start back on Wed 9th and Thurs 10th Sept at their various times and locations. We will be studying the book of 1 Corinthians and study guides are available to collect if you haven’t already got one. We are starting off with Study no 1 in our books. 

 WinGS (Women in God’s Sight) Upcoming Ladies Events:
Sat 12th Sept: there are still some seats available on the bus to the PW Autumn Event in Portadown. If any ladies are interested, please speak to Diane this week.
Mon 14th Sept: Cloughey PW Praise Night at 7pm.  Open to all women from 13-103!  If you can offer transport or need transport, please sign up on the sheet in the Welcome Area.
Mon 21st Sept at 7.30pm: WinGS Opening Night – From Generation to Generation, a night of testimonies across the years. Plan to come and invite other women to come too.

 CLOUGHEY PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN Are holding a Praise Night on Mon 14th Sept at 7.00pm. The theme is Generation to Generation and the speaker is Rhonda Bradley. We would be delighted to welcome all Women to come along and join with us for an evening of praise and fellowship. 

 PRAYER SERVICE Prayer Ministry Service in Greyabbey on Sun 20th September at 6.30pm. All welcome 

 SAFEGUARDING SURVEY PCI have commissioned the INEQE Safeguarding Group to conduct an independent review of the governance and safeguarding arrangements within PCI. They would like as many members of congregations to participate in online surveys as possible. Depending on your roll within a congregation, there may be more than one survey for you to fill in.
There are posters at the entrance to Solid Ground and vestibule in Greyabbey and the Hall and vestibule in Cloughey, where you can scan a QR code or find the website to take you to the online surveys. The surveys will close on Sun 21st Sept. Your support is valuable, so I would encourage as many members of Trinity Greyabbey and Cloughey to participate in these surveys. 

 2026 UNITED APPEAL During September we have an opportunity to financially support the United Appeal that supports many of our PCI’s wider Church projects, programmes, congregations, staff & individuals; helping to build God’s Kingdom locally and world-wide. A local example of this work is the International Meeting Point in South & North Belfast we heard about on Sun 9 Aug. Contributions can be made by either – the Sept United Appeal (pink) envelope in your FWO Pack or via on-line (if you contribute this way but please include the text ‘UA’ & your FWO number).   

 PRAYER MINISTRY TEAM Prayer ministry is available after church each Sunday. Prayer Team members will be wearing badges. Prayer ministry is also available during Solid Ground Café hours, on the first Tuesday of every month. Currently held in the Minister’s Room from 10.00am to 12.00pm. Everyone welcome.

 STOREHOUSE (FOODBANK) Storehouse is seeing an increase in hamper requests due to the increase in cost of living and we as a supporting Church have been asked if we could support this request as best we can. They are in urgent need of the following: Tinned tomatoes, Tinned Potatoes,  Diluting Juice, Breakfast Juice, Tea bags, Tinned meals eg chilli con carne/curried chicken/Tins of chunky chicken/mince steak/stewed steak, Tinned meats – ham/chicken/corned beef, Cooking Oil, Long Life Milk, Jam, Long grain rice, Curry Sauce, Sweet & Sour Sauce, Tinned custard, Instant noodles, Packets of Pasta n’ sauce, Ketchup/Brown Sauce, Mayonnaise, Ladies shampoo/conditioner and deodorants, Liquid soap and bars of soap, Cleaning products. These can be left in the Storehouse collection bins in the welcome areas in CL & GR. Monetary donations are also acceptable and can be given via the Church collection plate, (in an envelope marked Storehouse or Foodbank) OR online direct to Storehouse storehousenorthdown.com
