We recently launched our ‘Christmas – More than a Gift’ initiative Mission Project, in support of the construction of an Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centre at Abura Primary School; in Northern Uganda.
This alternative Christmas Gift List gives us an opportunity to purchase a ‘Life Changing Gift’ in lieu of gifts for family & friends.  The List consists of mainly Fixtures & Fittings that will be used to kit out the ECD Centre.
The Gift List is available on line at or as a paper brochure, made available to each home.  There are a few spare copies of the brochure in the Church vestibule / welcome areas, please feel free to pass these onto family and friends.
In appreciation for the purchase of a Gift(s), you will receive a thank you Gift Card, either for yourself or to give to the recipient of your Christmas Gift.
As we celebrate God’s Gift of the birth of Jesus this Christmas, what a joy it is to share from what God has given us, with others who have so little.  Only 1 in 10 children in Uganda are enrolled in nursery education and this ECD Centre will meet that need for 120 children each year.   Our Gifts will be Lift Changing for the children and community of Abura Primary School.
