MISSION PARTNERSHIP Recently we announced that our congregation in Greyabbey would begin a partnership with Fields of Life, a Missionary organisation working in Uganda. Our congregation in Cloughey would begin a partnership with Challenge Ministries, a Missionary organisation working in Swaziland. The plans we had to begin these exciting ventures have obviously had to change but are very much ongoing. The Kirk session have made a donation to both organisations from our Mission fund to help with the shortfall in funding and work specific in dealing with Covid-19.

Before Covid-19 came, we planned to host a concert for a children’s choir from Swaziland. This has obviously been cancelled. Part of the concert was to hand over water bottles filled with money for a water catchment project. We encourage you to keep your bottle and keep filling it. The need for water catchment will still exist when the Covid-19 pandemic has passed.

We also encourage you to keep both of our partners and their missionaries in your prayers. The countries where they work do not have the health systems that we have, the general sanitation in the countries is poor due to the lack of clean water and isolation is difficult with small homes having many occupants. The potential devastation from the covid-19 pandemic is unthinkable.

DELIVERIES We have a list of people who would be available to make deliveries from local shops, to the homes of people socially isolating in the Greyabbey Area.
These deliveries will be made in the afternoon and will have been pre-paid so there will be no need to handle money. You will be asked to lift the delivery from a local shop and leave it at the door of the delivery address.
If you would be available could you please text your Name, Address and Mobile number to Michelle Stewart our Outreach Worker. 07541727 033.

OFFERINGS  If you would like to make weekly offerings via Standing Order or Electronic Transfer, details of how to set up this arrangement are available from our website.  Please click on the link under “Online Giving”.  If you require a standing order form please contact Helen Megarry via email on or by telephone on 07713 149 856.  Helen will arrange to have forms delivered to you and provide any general assistance

TESTIMONY TUESDAY Please continue to keep an eye out for our #TestimonyTuesday – every Tuesday a video message will be posted on Facebook (search for Mission 2020: Trinity Presbyterian), and also on the church website at with an individual sharing how Jesus has “changed their life.”
