Both services, 10.00am in Cloughey and 11.30am in Greyabbey, will be livestreamed on YouTube.
 

Sunday morning live stream on YouTube. Please check in advance you can access YouTube on the device on which you watch the livestream. If you are unable to access it please email communications@trinitygreyabbey.org specifying the make and model of the device and as much details as possible regarding the problem.
If you don’t have access to YouTube, we also publish the service on DVD (video) and CD (audio only). If you would like to receive a copy of the DVD or CD, please telephone your District Elder and let them know.



Tuesdays

  • 5th, 19th & 26th: GR – 9.00am – 1.00pm Solid Ground Café Open. Closed on 12th July.
  • 5th: GR – 12.30pm – 2.30pm Trinity Crafters – Solid Ground.
  • 26th: GR – 7.00pm – 8.30pm Trinity Crafters – Solid Ground.

Wednesdays

  • 6th & 27th: CL – 9.00am – 1.00pm Solid Rock Café Open. Closed on 13th & 20th July.
  • 6th & 20th: CL & GR – 7.30pm T@P (CL – Minor Hall GR – Upper Room).

Thursdays

  • 7th: 7.00pm Walking Group – Ballywalter Beach.
 


CHURCH BBQ: Weather permitting, on Sun 3rd July, Church service and BBQ in Greyabbey will take place in the manse garden. Please bring rugs or seats, but food will be provided. If weather not favourable, both will be held in the Main Hall.

T@P meets this month on Wed 6th and 20th July and in Cloughey (Minor Hall) and in Greyabbey (Upper Room) at 7.30pm.

WALKING GROUP next walk for the walking group will be on Thurs 7th July at 7.00pm at Ballywalter beach. Everyone welcome, just let Norman know you are coming, thanks.

TRAYBAKES FUNDRAISERwill be provided with the tea and coffee after church on Sunday 10th July. Any donations made will be used to provide emergency relief and support for refugees in Athens, where Zara Hamilton will be volunteering with Operation Mobilistion from 18th July – 12th August.

‘FROM NOW ON’ HOLIDAY BIBLE CLUB
Join us for a week of exploring some extraordinary people in the Bible as we discover what life with God looks like! Pre-registration is highly encouraged to make sure you can join us on this circus themed adventure. Greyabbey’s club will run from 1st-5th August 2022 (6.30pm-8.00pm) and those aged going into P1-leaving P7 can register at https://fromnowonhbcgreyabbey.eventbrite.com

Holiday Bible Club Leaders – Greyabbey
If you are able to volunteer for a few hours some or all of the nights of Holiday Bible Club we would so appreciate your help leading the kids, preparing snacks or helping in Solid Ground. If you think this is something that you would be willing to to do please speak to Alex ( 07377 366 995)or Emily (07935 211 275)

In Greyabbey, Solid Ground Cafe will be open each night for parents during Holiday Bible Club to grab a cuppa and have a chat.
also…Hope Explored will run from Tuesday 2nd – Thursday 4th August from 6:45pm-8.00pm, for any parents wanting to discover more about Jesus.

PRACTICALLY PERFECTSHOP, N’ARDS  Donations Needed –  If you have any good quality unwanted items (no electrical items), small items of furniture, Summer clothing, shoes, jewellery, handbags, unopened cosmetics etc,  please consider dropping them into the shop and your donations will fund life changing work in East Africa. Shop hours are Monday to Friday 10.00 – 4.00pm, Saturday 9.30 – 5.00pm.  

Storehouse North Down (FOODBANK) continues to be very grateful for all of our donations. They have requested more of the following items in which they have very low stock:- Cooking Oil, Tinned Rice Pudding, Tinned Custard, General hygiene products. Please consider giving items to Storehouse on a regular basis. Items can be placed in the trolley in the vestibule in Cloughey or in the Welcome Area of the halls in Greyabbey. As usual Storehouse requires a wide variety of items, and a full list of items can be viewed at storehousenorthdown.com  Spare grocery bags are always welcome to aid in the distribution of the food parcels.  

Child Sponsorship @ Abura Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centre –Through our Mission Partners Fields of Life, we have an opportunity to sponsor some of the children who will be attending the Abura ECD Centre in Northern Uganda. Details are included in the Child Sponsorship packs available in the Church & Hall welcome areas or go to www.fieldsoflife.org/sponsor and leave a message in the comments box to let them know you wish to sponsor a child at the Abura ECD Centre.  

SLIMMING WORLD in Main hall on Thursdays at 5.00pm. Slim down for Summer – Free membership with a six-week Countdown Course.

TWELFTH VOLUNTEERS On Tues 12th July, there will be a BBQ outside church and Solid Gound will be open for tea, coffee etc. Anyone who would like to help with preparing and serving, there are sign-up sheets available or please speak to George Angus.
