Men’s Ministry – At Trinity we don’t have a set program for men’s ministry. We have a number of events throughout the year where we get men together around sporting events either to watch on the big screen or to participate in ourselves. We meet for breakfast and have an annual service on Father’s Day. Our approach to men’s ministry is relational with many men taking the initiative to invite non church members to our events when they have the opportunity to spend time in a Christian environment. Upcoming events will be on our web page and on Facebook. If you would like to discuss our men’s ministry then please speak to our Minister.
Drama – At Trinity we have a group of gifted amateur actors who, most years produce a play which runs in our halls over two weekends in the spring. They also take their production on the road to a number of other local churches. These nights are filled with laughter as is the rehearsal process. Of course the actors are only one part of the show. There are a dedicated group who work back stage, making costumes, building the set and making ready the props for the performance. Our director is Mark on 07707692271.
Storehouse North Down – We keep a shopping trolley in our hall foyer for folks to leave food which is taken to the distribution centre in Bangor.
Library – We have a small but well stocked library at Trinity. The books vary from Christian fiction to autobiographies. We have all the usual sections that you would expect to find in a Church library such as church history, discipleship, mission, prayer & evangelism. There is also a family and children’s section. These books are free to read and return to the colour coded sections. There are also a number of theology and doctrinal books which are for reference only. The library is situated on the mezzanine above the hall entrance. Please speak to our Minister for more information.
External Organisations
Our halls are used by non church organisations such as Slimming World, Sure Start and the Education Authority.
